Smart Shopper points a Scham!!!

My wife and i viewed our profile at the kiosk in pnp and it showed that we had R385 on the card, a week later it showed R100. we also took part in the mania and won 12000 points or something redicolous wich was never allocated to us, apperantly the info got lost??? i Phoned the call centre coz the people inside PnP are too incompetent to help with anything and they said dont worry the R200 that is missing is showing on my card. i immediatly went back to PnP and lo and behold all, nada the money still missing. phoned again today because you could never guess - nobody came back to me the previous time. and once again - they will get back to me. this whole thing is a scham and a easy way to draw customers and never honor their intentions. your money will just dissapear and there is nothing you can do about it. stay away!!! ill even go and shop at shoprite!!
