On the 23rd of August 2013 in the afternoon, I went to exchange my son's slippers for a bigger size. I got there and the store was not busy, it was very quite. There was cashier's desk except one cashier who was busy sorting out the cell phone stand, he then called for assistance seeing that i was queueing and also wanted some change fro himself. The lady came from the back shouting at her colleague that he always doesn't have change dah dah dah dah dah, she still left me there standing went to the back and came back again.

She did not apologise for making me wait not did she greet me, she was chewing gum like its going out of fashion or someone had borrowed it to her. I don't mind been kept waiting but she was not friendly or courteous, it was as if I was disturbing her. I don't want to cause trouble for anyone but please address these kind of issues, cause they give your company a bad name. I work for a hotel in Sandton and smiling and greeting our customers is a standard,
