I went to buy a lip gloss and a mascara at dis chem .i accidentally took the wrong colour which happens to be red. I got to work open it to see how that red looks like only to find out that it was terrible with my complexion, I took it back and they refused to take it bare in mind i didn't use it its just open.i feel that i was just undermined and mistreated, because as a business they would have a way to sell it even if it means making it a tester or give discount, I'm stuck-ed with the product that i can not use worse part their head office is just as bad the lady called me by the name of Genevieve telling me she cant help me, really what customer service is this? if dis-chem can disrespected a customer buying for R43 how about the one buying for more I'm disappointed. I dont see myself shopping there anymore
