So Impressed!

I wanted to purchase a computer that was on special until 25/8 on the 24/8 & phoned the branch on 23/8 to see whether it was in stock as I live 180km away from the branch. I was told by Kovan that it was not in stock and they could courier it from another branch to be available early in the week. Explaining that I couldn't go to the store in the week, he went on his OFF DAY all the way to GATEWAY to fetch the computer for me (on 24/8) and arrange a branch transfer and drove all the way back to Galleria to deliver it to me and still then assist me for at least an hour with my software, etc, etc. I am so impressed with Kovan's service :-)
