EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE

I passed by this store on Friday 23rd August and I bought goods for R131.90. there was a network error after swiping my card although it appeared from my side that the money went though and from the spar side it showed as possible reversal. the supervisor Emmanuel told me that I should wait for 24 hours for the money to be reversed which wasn't good for me as it wasn't my fault. I was assisted by Emmanuel the supervisor whose attitude was extremely arrogant and full of contempt for me as a person.

On Sat 24 Aug I received a call from Standard bank indicating that they have Emmanuel on the line where I was advised to give my last 3 digits at the back of my card for which I agreed. however before I could give the numbers to Emmanuel I reminded him that he is a supervisor and that his attitude towards customers is awful - he told me that I can go to and dropped the phone on my ear before I could even give the digits on my card.

This is extremely torrid service from a shop in my neighbourhood where I have become accustomed to doing my shopping. I am terribly shocked by this behaviour and am worried that such behaviour is condoned.
