CONSULTANT MAKES EMPTY PROMISES & DOESN'T DELIVER

I APPLIED FOR CONSOLIDATION LOAN 3 WEEKS AGO WITH OLD MUTUAL AT BIRCH ACRES BRANCH IN TEMBISA AND EMMANUEL WAS THE CONSULTANT. ON THE 30.04.2013 I WENT TO THE BRANCH TO ENQUIRE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT A HAD TO SPEND 4 HOUR IN THERE TO GET MY STAFF SORTED. EVENTUALLY I WAS THEN TOLD THAT EVERYTHING WAS A SUCCESS AND WAS GIVEN THE CONTRACT TO SIGN. A WEEK PASSES I RECEIVE A CALL FROM ON OF MY ACCOUNT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PAID OFF AND I HAD TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS WITH THEM. I THEN DECIDED TO CALL EMMANUEL TO FIND OUT THE PROGRESS ON MY ACCOUNT SINCE HE DID NOT BOTHER HIMSELF TO CALL AND HE TOLD ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND HE'LL GIVE ME A CALL BACK AND HE NEVER DID. ON THE 15.05.2013 I CALLED HIM AGAIN HIS CELL AROUND 18H30pm AND HE DID NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE. I THEN FELT THAT I HAD TO CALL THE BRANCH MANAGER TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE ACCOUNT, ONLY THEN SHE TOLD ME THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS NOT SUCCESS FULL AND EMMANUEL WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL ME REGARDING THAT. SHE THEN ASKED EMMANUEL WHY HE DID NOT PICK UP THE CALLS? HE RESPONSE WAS THAT I CALLED HIM AT 21H00pm AND THAT IS WHY HE DID NOT ANSWER. WHO ON EARTH CAN CALL A PERSON AT 21H00 FOR WORK ISSUES? THE GUY STILL HAS A NERVE TO LIE.
