Someone at Vodacom direct messed up my upgrade. I went into the Ermelo Game branch for assistance and after almost 2 hours of calls Cyprian finally managed to have the error resolved and had me signed up for my upgrade. Cyprian did not give up or become impatient, he persisted until I left the store with my upgrade. Thank you
