How ridiculous are you guys? Support local retailers they beg - definitely not again! I ordered on the 1 Aug. Waited, and waited, and waited some more despite the fact they took the funds on the 07/08. Logged into their site this evening to see the order status as 'cancelled'. What? No notification was sent to let me know (I went to check my mailbox again) or at least an apology. On my bank statement I see the funds was only credited on the 20/08. Again, this is crazy! Did it really take that long to find out the supplier was out of stock? What communication methods are in place? The old tree-mail system?? Surely a phone-call to them would've sorted this mess out? If that's the case I might as well order my goods from international sites and in that way I'm guaranteed to at least get the goods. In fact, If I order the same goods it will cost me an extra R20 and from my experience it takes two weeks if its sent to my PO Box = FACT. I want to know who dropped the ball here. Justin Marshall better have his ducks in a row when he calls me back on Monday. It's their birthday, but its more like commiserations to their customers based on other posts I've seen on this forum. FFS.
