Order number 44598 and 44599. Ordered from Finishing Touches in Rivonia BuildersWarehouse.
I ordered from Finishing Touches 21 June 2013 (2 months ago).
The first time we arrange an installation the installer from Finishing Touches didn't keep to their appointment so we had to reschedule.
A week later they arrived only to find the railings (of which I paid them to measure) was not the right size. They told me they have to readjust the railings and come back to me.
It's been 3 weeks since their then; I have heard nothing from them.
I've paid in full, now just left with no railings. Bad workmanship and service!
