Finishing Touches
Paid for measure - no feedback after 3 weeks

3 weeks ago I paid R350 at Makro for someone to come to my house and measure my windows. It is part of a promotion going on in June-July. At the time I was told that someone from Finishing Touches would contact me to arrange a visit so they could take measurements. I called Makro multiple times to ask why they hadn't called me and they eventually gave me the number so I could contact Finishing Touches directly. I called today in the morning but nobody could help me so they took my number and said they would make sure they would call me back. I did explain the situation and how long it is taking from them to simply call and arrange a visit but the whole day went by and I got no return. I do understand that with the promotion they are currently very busy but I believe following up with customers is of upmost importance. It is very bad to pay for something and after 3 weeks nobody can even tell you what is going on. Very disappointing experience so far.
