Game slyly sells customer second hand TV

After having returned to Game Clearwater Mall four times for equipment (second hand MIND YOU - remote control, stand, bracket etc) that was not originally in a tampered with box for an 'apparently' new TV I have come to realise that Game sold me a second hand TV for the full price. I had to suggest for myself that the TV be replaced with another from another store while Game attempted to shut me up with R150 voucher. The departmental manager, Simon was so rude and the service levels were appauling. For trying to sell me a second hand TV for full price and all the inconvenience of returning to Game several times without the correct supporting equipment I deserve a discount on the TV set they have replaced.
