Cell phone nicked at the till

Today, I had to encounter something rather disturbing. I recently joined Virgin Active Gym on Bryanston, and so on two occasions now, just found it quite convenient to pop into the woolies at Bryanston Shopping Centre. The first one was a breeze, no problems. Today however, I walked in bag and cell phone in hand, straight from gym. I purchased five items and proceeded at my turn to the check out. Emmah, the teller asked me, whether I would like a packet? I was quite audible, as we joked around the fact that I did.not, due to me having so many in the car.
