Rudest Staff ever!

I was in the N1 City branch 2 saturdays ago. I inquired about jeans and a jacket. The staff member that helped me or didnt help me said she will come back to me when I asked her if they had a certain jean. She said she will come back to me.10min later she didnt come back, I found her by another section and I asked her what is going on. She told me this "I am busy go find another person". I just walked out of the shop. Never been treated like this at any store! So I decided well let me email the branch. I did. Untill today i have not heard a thing from them! Dont they care about a customer at all? Really disgusted! I have been a customer for years at Woolworths and this is how they treat loyal customers?
