Bad Service Delivery

Goodday, i would like to complain about service delivery at Morkels Stanger brach.
Firstly on the 12th July 2013 i had went to buy a bed in cash seally queen size, and if you buy for R5000 and more you will recieve a gift, so the bed costed R8000 I bought it. i had asked a sales person if they have stock she told they do but they will deliver on the monday (15.07.2013), only to know that after i paid i got a call on monday that i will recieve the bed on friday (19.08.2013).

Secondly i would like to know when i will recieve the gift as nowdays when i go to the store, the sales person states we didnt recieve your gift as yet from the 15.07.2013. i had made numerous queries but still same response.

I am still awaiting the gift as the sales (indian) lady says so.
