Great Service

My sister went to do some shopping on sat at pick n pay and she used her cheque, however the till froze and we could not get any slip, and the electricity numbers were on the slip. Natasha keep calling my sister to apologize and kept her updated on what's happening she then called and provided the details that my sister needed. i work in customer service and the service i received from Natasha was exceptional. Keep it up :)
