Truworths the worst shop!!!

I have been going through a tough time financially and requested them to convert my account to 12 months which they indicated was not possible although other shops could. I then entered into payment arrangements which they seem to agreed upon however my account was still handed over. I entered into another agreement and now my account is resheduled. As soon I'm done with all my payments I would be closing my account and would advise others never to open an account with them
