Phone lost while paying

I went to checkers Glen Vista on the 19th late afternoon and was assisted by Dumiso
I remember very well that I had my phone with me and realized late at nite that my phone is lost, now they told me that the camera can not show what is happening around the teller and I most stop wasting their time
They now took my slip for the shopping and told me there cameras ate not good enough
