DISGUSTING BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am sick to my stomach about the treatment my sister receives from Russells. She took an account on 27/12/2012 (Fridge & TV)& the guy who assisted said the delivery will be done within 48hrs but only came on 30th & worse it was only the TV.The driver told her the fridge will be delivered the next day which again was a lie. After not receiving any updates, she decided to go to Russells 02/01/2013 & all she heard was stories.1st we were told that the fridge is out of stock which is something that was never indicated when the contract was signed.2nd we were told that if we had a van we can collect the fridge in Zeerust but the delivery money was charged, so is it a client's responsibility to make sure she gets the delivery & satisfactory service? She then cancelled the fridge & requested that the contract be amended which they agreed to. She visited the shop again on the 03 & 04 & got same disgusting stories. She had to go back to work the next day & could postpone for this. Since then she never got any courtesy call on the progress & today she called to make a follow-up & still the same stories SO CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST AS THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS.RUSSELLS IS BAD NEWS & I NEED HELP HER
