Degrading service

This morning, I went to Mr Price at Carlswald and what appalling degrading service I received. I was buying a jacket for my son then went to the till. I waited there and nobody paid attention. 2 of the ladies were busy with other things on the till. The other gentleman at the till was looking at me and on the phone. Then another lady came from behind me and that is when they realized that there were customers at the till. They called her to assist. I don't know whether this occurred because of her skin colour but really so many years into democracy we still have to deal with issues like this. I had to say excuse me I was here first and went before this lady and force to pay first. I'm still so upset about this and don't ever want to go shopping there again, but would like to make you aware before you lose any more customers. Thank you Tumi Miya
