Empty promises - Homechoice

I got a call on the 14th from Homechoice and was promised that collection would be arranged asap. 5 days have already passed and still no feedback and no collection. The consultant even promised to update me occassionaly. But I am still waiting. The service from H/C is very poor. First i get a wrong order and now i cant get them to pick up the wrong order and refund me my money... No more will I ever purchase anything from H/C. My first experience was awful.
