Shoprite
Staff are useless

At 3:45 pm I went to your big Shoprite Parlands in Boksburg. I went to the lotto counter. There were exactly 5 staff members behind the counter doing very little and 1 customer, me. I waited for service. I did not get any service so I asked for someone to help me. I asked for a quick pick for Saturdays lotto. The cashiers name was Thembi. She printed the ticket and I paid, just when I left I saw she gave me for Friday and not Saturday. I went back and asked for the right ticket. I was shocked when she said to me " if you weren't so rude you would have got the right ticket". I then went to the non-foods manager Tebogo. I complained to him and he just smiled and said "so what must I do about it" I then told him that i can see that you are not willing to do anything about it. I enjoy shopping there but if I get service like this then I will take my monthly and daily shopping elsewhere.
