Bad service

I think the Lotto machine should be removed at the store as it seems to be always offline even if we played during the day some employees as well as the manager does not seem to care about our interest as they just seem to be lazy. whenever the lotto jackpot is high the machine is offline. very bad service from the staff and manager does not seem to care as we even went to her and explain why she cannot put a single staff member to assist she laughs and keep chatting to guys.
