PCIK N PAY HYPER ENSURES A BIRTHDAY FROM!!!

Got email yesterday advertising 2 day special Tom Tom only at Pn P hypers 17th, 18th. Went to Boksburg, said hadnt had TT stock nearly a month, manager took half an hour to come thru, got there 9am. I contacted customer services and emailed advert. Rudy, incompetent manager didnt even know advert said its a discontinued line!!! Head office contacted him apparently as he called after 11am. Then only bothered to check stock, said he cant assist to get product but would see if stock, then and said he had sold 2 the morning, which was impossible!! He didnt even prepare for special nor had any inteserest in customer. Another customer at same time said he had same issue with TV advertised!! This store a mess. Today is MY birthday!!! and hence a present!! He said only one item left at Greenstone and arranged to be kept. I went all way through, Guy Darryl said had been opened but never used and all parts I paid FULL special price STILL!! Got home just before 5pm to find out no attachment for window etc!! Contacted customer services/Rudy/Pel greenstone. I explained urgency as limited stock and Elliot said would call me tom. PNP need to source in SA and deliver to me, unacceptable 3 branche
