False advertising

They advertise in 5FM that that have MacBook Air's on sale. But neglect to advertise that it's a limited stock sale and how many are available.
I was at the iStore 5min after it was advertised. And got told they out of stock. Then when I'm on my way home the same advert is still on the radio. And the advertising was being done live from the store.
After which I called the store and I was told that they are on special until stock is sold out. If this us the case why did they offer me one at full retail price. Clearly they still have stack.

I'm sure they have left many faithful apple users upset.
