I wasted my gird card on a pair of shoes

I would like to know who I can speak to or email. I bought a pair of shoe on line it was delivered quickly on the 30 of April 2013 to the Mr Price in the boulders mall. It is not even four months old and the shoes are braking this is discussing. I am very upset because I got them for my husband and I wasted my gird card on a pair of shoes.. I can send photos of the shoes. I am not happy at all!
