Ackermans
Account opened on my name

Good day, a number accounts were opened under my name but I did managed solve most of them, except the Ackermans tenacity account. I have disputed this account with TransUnion and they also find out that I was not at fault but whenever I want to make a purchase on credit I will be declined and be told that the system shows that I'm a "bad payer".

Can someone please assist me to clear my name from ITC and this Ackermans Tenacity account which I don't even know.
