Totally unacceptable and dishonest customer service from Sterns, VaalMall, Vanderbijlpark we have ever experienced. The saleswomen promised to arrange to merge, resize and replate a white gold engagement ring to a white gold wedding band for R580. It would also be ready for collection in a week. It has been two weeks and the fee is all of a sudden R1500. The saleswomen consulted with her manager and now the fee is R900. What is this haggling and changing cost all about with Sterns, the most reputable jeweller in S.A.? This is demeaning the rings to be worn by a future bride!!! Sterns keep to your agreement and customer service.
