I bought a bag and the handles broke

i bought a bag the end of june 2013 beginning of july and i have the slip and the handles of the bag started to break and its on his last thread and i never over load my hand bags yet after not evens 2months the bag i paid a R189.99 is broken.

i want a refund or a new bag.
