BAD QUALITY FOR THE PRICE WE PAY!!!

I bought a patent leather handbag a little while ago. Which cost me over R350. Buying a bag from Truworths i thought would guarantee me good quality and a long lasting bag. ( every woman has that one bag they use for years) It hasnt even been a few months (approx 3 - 4) and the handle of my bag has totally gave way and is literally in shreds (It is held together by a thread or so) and the sides of the bag has started opening as well as the rubber of the handles now peeling off. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. i expect either a refund or my bag to be replaced. Definitely will think twice before walking into Truworths Pav again!
