MY MONEY THEN SILENCE!

Shopping online with Mr. Price is generally an irritation, however this time round it's down-right unacceptable.
I placed an order online and for some reason and error occurred, not allowing the order to successfully process. My funds were deducted from my account, and confirmed via sms. I am too scared to place this order again, in case I get debited again. I then select the chat now option online, after waiting 30 minutes and re-connecting over and over I come through to Maria, I send my issue and she then ENDS the chat without a response or referral to another department. I am now still waiting to connect to another agent, I have posted on your Facebook page and am yet to receive acknowledgement of this error on your part. This is unacceptable and! I want my order processed or my money back TODAY!!! If not I will then file a case of against MRP. I am a long standing customer with you online and physical stores this is NOT how one should treat your customers. I would appreciate a response soonest.
