Dont know how to speak to people

I shop at this Spar almost every day. At least I used to. On Sunday my husband enquired with the manager regarding holiday work for my daughter. The manager said they do that, but we need to bring her to see Santjie the following day. The following day I took her there after work and was told unfortunately Santjie leaves at 4. Information that could have been given to me the previous day. So I told them this was difficult for me as I work until 4:30. So they took my number and the manager promised he would get Santjie to phone me the following day (yesterday). This did not happen. So this morning, I phoned and asked to speak to Santjie. Santjie said very abruptly "No, we don't do that! " I explained that the manager said they might be able to help her, so she said she would speak to them and then maybe I can bring my daughter to see her or drop off her CV. I asked her if she could take my number and let me know and she said "No, I won't phone you! " I said to her, that I also work and I would need to know what was happening so that I could make arrangements. There is more to this story, but not enough space. Bottom line is: I will never shop at this Spar again because of Santjie.
