Ad attitude, poor customer service

Did not accept my payment because I did not have the card with me even though I had the previous payment receipt available. Cashiers show bad attitudes towards clients. I just made up my mind and decided to close my account since they are not doing me any favour as the staff at Carlton centre branch thought.
