Handed two costumes in on 24 July and no response

I handed two damaged costumes in at the Woodmead Woolworths as informed by the Woolworths call centre and they would sort it out. I am still waiting when you phone this store the Manager is never available nor is Karabo who took the goods. They were supposed to come back to me as to why the costumes wore so badly to three times the size. A colleague had the same problem and hers was replaced instantly at Fourways. This is not my only complaint about this shop my partner goes there frequently to buy food and they never have stock of anything we require. On speaking to the Manger he promises to change things but does not. I should of known better and not gone there as the other stores are far superior. I asked for a receipt and was also refused that make you think...
