Extremely helpful

Having ruined my brand new track suit pants with leaking bleach in the shop, but it only transpired when I got home, I went back to speak to the manager. He was very helpful and concerned. Turned out he was also the same person who two weeks running had to get the dog food off the shelf for me as it is too high, and on my last visit, there is now a little step for shorties like me. Well done and yes I have replaced the pants too - thank you. Now all I need is Nola chicken Mayo sachets to be stocked by that store and I will be over the moon :-)
