Am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED by FNB's lack of telephonic communication ability.

I receive registered mail and many text messages to please call the Home loans division to make arrangements. I CAN NOT GET THROUGH! The message just keeps cycling around and around... no matter how many times you press the 'correct' buttons. It also does not matter what time of day I try. I tried 8 am. I tried 9.20 am. I tried 11.45 am. I tried 3 pm. I tried 3.45 pm Same result. No result.

What extremely poor service!
