Bad Customer Service

I was at Pick and Pay - Somerset-west, Waterstone. It was 4:45 and Wine sales was going to close I asked the assistant manager if i cloud purchase my Wine at the help desk till and she just gave me a look and said "No one is there now" as she was walking away. She was not attending to any thing or anyone she was just standing around! I was going to stand in the Q for my other goods, all I needed from her is to purchase my wine or give me confirmation that i will be allowed to purchase my wine if I a m in the Q and it reaches 5.

I have had previous attitude problems at this pick and pay before!
