BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD SERVICE

I bought an Russelhobbs iron a year ago from the Carlton Centre branch. On the month that the gaurantee expires the iron stopped working. Initially when i went to the branch i was assisted in a profesional manner and was advised that they cant take the iron because of the gaurantee date. I then called Russelhobbs Booysens i spoke to Desiree who said that they were not suppose to turn me back because it was stil within the month the gaurantee ends she advised me to take it back and advised them of our convo and fill in some forms. TODAY i went back to Clicks i received the most PATHETIC SERVICE from the guy that works at the cellphone counter (short, light in complection and wears glasses) when i arraived i explained to him why i was there.. IMMEDIATELY without LISTEN to me he told me im going to pay for the repaires and it would be like im buying a new iron cause of their charges. When he asked me for the slip i tried explaining to him that when i came the first time they checked with the clubcard he didn't even want to check he just said your going to pay if i dont pay Russellhobbs will institute legal action... PATHETIC SERVICE PLEASE BE ADVISED I WILL NOT PAY A CENT FOR THE REPAIRS
