INABILITY TO FIX ACCOUNTING ISSUES

Dischem has opened an account in my name as well as my mother in laws name without our consent and due to their inaccuracy on accounting. They have charged amounts to these accounts which I have on numerous occassions dicussed with them telephonically as well as going into the pharmacy to solve. I have been promised to correct these issues and to date I still receive reminders for the outstanding accounts and am sent handover sms'. Upon going into Dischem and asking to pay my account which is a small amount compared to my mother in law's account, I am told that there is no amount reflecting on their side at Brackenhurst branch. I still however, receive final notices and handover notices.

I cannot leave Dischem without passing the tills to pay for a prescription that is kept in a steel basket (sealed). These are opened when you got to the till and you are charged accordingly. Dischem however, continue to advise that I, and my mother in law, have outstanding accounts which they opened for both myself and my mother in law for medication that was supposedly let out of their pharmacy in error.

I continue calling Dischem and am told they will assist, but this is never solved.
