After having my Breville juicer fail on me after only 2 months, I called @home to ask for a replacement part. After MUCH attitude 5 phone calls I was met with a R420 rand charge for a machine that is still under warranty.
Purchasing the juicer in the first place should have been a sign as NO ONE knew what the product was about, I had to google my questions. Begging for service is obviously something they are used to as well as the superior enjoying shouting and belittling her fellow colleagues in front of costumers. Breville is great. Their representatives DISGRACEFUL! After causing a scene in the store, I was given a refund.
I want a juicer not a refund!
Shocking experience.
