Dischem staff think bad customer service is a joke

About 3 weeks ago I approached the Customer service desk at Dischem in Norwood Mall. I needed a pin number & a new card as my current rewards card was damaged. I had about R500's worth of accumulated rewards points according to my latest till slip. I was then informed that my card had been incorrectly linked to another name, Msimango or something & that a previous replacement had now caused this error & my actual card had about R5's worth of rewards value on it. Well obviously I freaked. I was told that an investigation would be launched and that I wou be phoned by the latest the next Tuesday. I was phoned on the Tuesday but told the investigation was still not complete & they would let me know when it was. I heard nothing further. On Sunday, 4 Aug 2013 I went to query again. The rudest customer care worker I have ever met, by the name of Phumzile laconically told me they were off line & couldn't help me. She lay back on her chair and waved me off as though I was a fly bothering her. Eventually after having to raise my voice, a manager was summoned. The staff were all laughing at me, like it was funny that I had to raise my voice to get helped. Still haven't heard a word!
