Ordered items online from Project Life (SA). My ordered was handled by Cathy Vosloo, who made sure the items were on my desk the following day! After inspection of the parcel I noticed once of my items were missing, I contacted Cathy and she sorted out my query (at their cost) the same day, and once again had my missing item delivered the very next day.
