I tried to return an unused magazine because I had purchased two in error at the CNA Eastgate they tried to call the manager Deon who was standing 3meters from us we were only assisted after 5min of waiting, I explained my story to Deon I showed him the two magazines one was still in its cover all he said very rudely was they cannot accept returned magazines I told him that I bought the 2nd magazine in error which has not been opened yet and showed him the one I purchased previously he rudely said that its printed on the back of the slip I asked him to point in out he rudely walked away and said call, the customers that were standing next to me just looked amazed at the service I was receiving. I made contact with the as soon as I arrived back at work and logged a formal complaint with the manager Komo who was very helpful and could not believe the service I had received she promised to speak to CNA and call me back its 17.20 and I'm still waiting for a call back. The customer service in this country I'm sorry to say. Please can someone call me back or I will have to use all my resources to the word out about the service I received from the CNA manager Deon.
