Edenvale Toyota Worst Branch in Gauteng

I have been a Toyota driver for over 20 years. I have NEVER received any service let alone good service from this branch - I attempted to purchase a Rav 4 last year in August, firstly they did not even have one on site for me to look at let alone test drive one, I then Purchase my new Vehicle from Boksburg.
My Mother has always had her toyota serviced at Edenvale - My mother is now bedridden and I took her car to Edenvale as they had the service history on the 14th March it was making a noise when the car was cold - told them to keep the car overnight if they needed to, they said they would call me if they were gonna keep the car, no phone call. Next day called and they couldnt find anything, I told them I was on my way and when I arrived they explained to me that the V belt needed to be replaced and that they would order it and call me by the next wednesday, on the 2 April I called, after being bounced back to the receptionist 4 times I asked for the service manager, Deon. Who assured me he would get to the bottom of this and come back to me. On the 8 April I called again, Deon promised to call me back and let me know what is going on. I am still waiting for that call.
