BAD SERVICE!

I bought two phones blackberry on contract round March, 2moths later one of the phone just froze, and the screen popped on and off, took it back they said they are taking it to Joburg for repairs but 3weeks later i didnt hear from them i went there and to find my phone in the store, that was so unreasonable to start with cause the debit is still going off every month and my phone aint working. Their report was my phone is water damaged and not that i literally threw it in water but might be steam, and i should pay R570 i told them it was impossible! The contract said it was under a year warranty but now they want me to pay for the damage i didnt do, the consultant told me to blow dry it... please help me out! its either they repair it or i will gladly return those phones and terminate the contract.
