Squeaking Bed

I bought a bed, fridge, microwave and washing from Furniture City Nelspruit The Groove Shopping complex, under the woman called Stella, on the 28th of July 2012. after a month I.ve noticed my bed is squeaking, I tried calling them so many times and they promised they will solve it, and recently I moved from Nelspruit to Warmbaths which I told them and they told me stories, a guy from the head office Named Thabiso told me the beds comes from overseas so they out of stock in the warehouse, stella also told me that. I kept queit cos they always promised tomorrow, next week, e.tc. recently I got a call from a woman cant remember her name she said she's calling from head office to ask if my issue was resolved I told her, no. and I explained that I moved from Nelspruit and she asked me if I do have any furniture city around, I told her warmbaths is a small town so we don't have and she had to ask me do I know any place where there is, I told her I expect her to tell me since she's calling from the head office and I've recently been here so I wouldn't know, she then said she will look for me, until today she's looking. please help.
