Someone used my Foshnni Account

Someone used my Foshnni account on the 30.06.2013 at different stores that are linked to Foshnni. On the 15.07.2013 I went to Totalsport in Southgate to do a purchase only to find out that I didn't have credit available; That's how I found out about the purchases that went through my account. I submitted a dispute on the 16.07.2012; I called the head office in Cape Town and they put me through their department. I spoke to Lee who said She will check and call me back. A lady by the name of Candice called me and said she was sent by Lee to tell me that the documents for the dispute have been received and that they will start investigating by Monday the 22.07.2013. I then sent an email to [Email Removed] stating my frustration that I sent through a dispute but I haven't heard anything from them. Till today I have not heard anything from anyone from TFG. Now I will be listed at ITC for purchases I don't even know. The amount is Plus minus R16000. To top it all these purchases where done in one day and most of them where done is one mall; they didnt even notify me about the purchase. Please help to resolve this matter if U can
