Tired of this place

Im so tired of dealing with this people as previously the bed i returned was said that it would be taken of the bill and that the money i paid in will be carried over to the outstanding balance, which i have not seen as of yet.. the bed currently is still on my ITC record . i also bought a laptop which was i gave them my case number but as the colleague said i will still be paying the full installment a month regardless if the laptop was . im sick of this people and no longer want to communicate with them as i think this is all including the first bed that was suppose to be taken off... Then i might aswell be credited my cash back that i paid for the first bed as i see no money added on the account, this beta be sorted out immediately before i take further action
