Applied for Account, one week later still waiting

I love everything Poetry, so I decided to open an account with the Eastgate Branch. I filled in the application form, hand delivered it to them, only to receive a call later the same day saying that they apologise, but they needed a copy of my ID to process the application. I proceeded to take my ID to them only to find out that I was misinformed, they do not in fact, need a copy of my ID upon application. To make matters worse, they also couldn't find my application form. This resurfaced after some digging on their part, but it had still not been processed 4 days later. The apologies came quickly & profusely, I was promised that I would likely have an answer by the Sunday of that week. It has been exactly a week since my application was hand delivered to the store, to date I have not had any feedback from them regarding my application. This after I have tried several times to find out how far my application is from being accepted. I sent an e-mail to Poetry Eastgate as well as their head office. I am sad to say that neither has bothered to contact me. They do however state boldly on their website that they pride themselves on customer service & making every customer feel valued!
