POOR QUALITY CUDDLERS Nappies

I bought a pack of Medium[No 3] Cuddlers at our local Checkers only to find that half the pack either does not have a flap to stick Velcro to or does not have the Velcro strip to be able to put on the diaper. Some of the diapers are also torn by the flaps. Just refund me!

Phoned customer service but no answer.

Don't you do quality control anymore?
