Damage bauwer pan

I bought me a bauwer pan this weekend at game century city. When i got home i wanted to use the pan only to discover that some one had return this pan because it was used already and very damage in side. I also found the persons receit still inthe pan that she did return it and that bauwer must replace her pan. Im up set because how can you place a returned item on the shelves again and that i had just bought someones used goods. This is my second experience at game century city i think their staff is very incompetant and i will never purchase again their i will also close my account with them. I also took some pics of the pan i think i must take this further.
